Haley was really good with the girls and was always consistent with helping. Unfortunately due to personal reasons she was not able to communicate effectively at the end of her employment. Although I totally understand the reasoning, the responsibility of notifying me only happened when I tried to reach out to her and was given last minute notice of not being able to babysit. Unfortunately 3 days before I needed her again she told me I needed to find a replacement.
