About Haley

Available starting December 10, 2026! Hi! I'm Haley, a Seattle-based swim instructor with 11 years of experience working with children from 3 months through adulthood. I live with my boyfriend and our two cats, Giyomi & Sashimi. I love cooking, snowboarding, and spending time with friends/family. I'm friendly, outgoing, and patient! My childcare approach combines warmth, respect, and structure. I pay attention to children's verbal and nonverbal cues, encourage consent and healthy boundaries, and use clear expectations and natural consequences to help children learn without shame or fear. I love keeping kids active with trips to parks, pools, and indoor play gyms, along with arts, crafts, and creative activities at home. I'm also a certified Lifeguard Instructor with CPR and First Aid certifications. I adore working with children and would love to support your family! Please reach out with any questions. I look forward to connecting!
