About Haley

I'd describe my personality as patient, friendly and creative. I'm looking for a care opportunity that is close by, a family with chill vibes and a home filled with toys, games and crafts to keep us busy through out the day. I started working with kids when I was a preteen. I always babysat here and there over the years and spent 8 years caring for my sister's children (3m-8y) M-F while she worked a full time job. In my spare time, I like to read, write, craft, hike, spend time with family, binge watch good shows and listen to podcasts. My skills include: Patience: Helping children feel safe, loved, and understood while being patient with their individual needs and personalities. Creativity: I enjoy coming up with fun activities, crafts, games, and imaginative ways to keep children entertained during the day. Dependable: I try to be very attentive to children's safety, following parents' instructions, and creating a consistent environment.
