Assisted the clients in understanding their needs and requirements regarding their care. Planned and designed nutrition requirements of patients as per their conditions - Looked after eating habits and arranged for diet/menu as prescribed by the doctors. Looked after the cleanliness and healthfulness of the patients and their environment in the best possible manner. Assisted the patients in outside traveling such as medical appointments. I have worked with different patients with different styles of living. I help with their medications and have done tube feeding. I am willing to drive them anywhere they need to go and deal with simple household chores. I can also do simple shopping for their needs as well.
