About Haley

I started working with kids when I was about 12 years old! I began babysitting for families in my neighborhood, up to 5 children at a time, and later nannied for a family with 2 kids for 3 consecutive summers. I also volunteered as a student teacher in a dance studio for a class of about 14 children aged 5-7! I continued this for 3 years as well In my spare time, I love to be outside and exploring nature with my dog! I am currently learning how to play the electric and acoustic guitar, and I love all kinds of arts and crafts. I also enjoy all kinds of games! My skills include finding fun and creative ways to keep things engaging and exciting. I also am understanding of varying coping styles and levels of expression, and am able to use this to stay calm and patient in moments of heightened emotions. Additionally, I have professional communication skills and am confident I will be able to communicate with parents effectively!
