When I read Haley's profile on Care.com in 2016 I thought it was too good to be true but having known her now for so many years, I see that she's so much more than this profile can convey. She was the nanny for our nanny share for 2+ years, joining our family when my oldest was 3 months old. Her kindness, calm confidence and genuine interest in our daughter was such a relief in an otherwise nerve-wracking time. She continually gave us tips and guidance from her years of experience with kids and proved to be an invaluable help to us in those early years. Though we've since moved across town (and that daughter is now 7), we still have her babysit our two kids, including for weekends away. Being able to leave our kids with her and completely trust their safety and care, but also enjoy all the fun adventures she has with them is such a treat for all of us. She continues to be a loving, and engaging person in our kids' lives and it's a treat to work with and know her.
