About Haley

I'd describe my personality as flexible, easygoing, and diligent. I like working with kids because I love watching & helping them learn the world. I'm looking for a job that is flexible & rewarding. I started working with kids when I was a young teenager. I eventually got my bachelor's degree, then worked as a parent educator for 5 years. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, cook, paint, & garden. One thing you should know about me is that I have studied and practiced conscious discipline strategies that support brain development in young children. I have children of my own. My skills include excellent time management skills (being on time, establishing routines), responding to difficult behaviors with compassion, deep understanding of child development & age appropriate activities that support brain development.
