About Haley

Hello! I am a compassionate young woman who has been working with kids for over 10 years now. When I was 13 years old, I decided to combine two of the things I love most childcare and dance. I started out as a dance assistant and eventually became a part-time teacher while finishing up school. I quickly came to realize that my desire to help children grow was something I wanted to do for a living! I became a psychology major, specializing in early childhood, while minoring in human development. I believe that the best way to get through to children is to gain an understanding for how their mind works. Between being a nanny and working in a kindergarten classroom, I've obtained additional insight in how to multitask and stay organized, while at the same time exhibiting endless amounts of care and patience for the kiddos.
