After Haley applied for the position, we set up a day for a working interview. I provided her with the town we live in 4 days prior and our specific address 1 day prior. However, she waited until 5 minutes before she was supposed to arrive, on the scheduled day, to text and say she wouldn’t be coming due to the distance.
