Hi! I'm Haley, and caring for others is the heart of what I do! I have a passion for helping children and families by providing compassionate, high-quality care. My background includes Education and Child Development, and I maintain current CPR and First Aid. I believe every child is unique. I love creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, & encouraged. Whether we're playing, learning, working toward developmental goals, or simply making everyday routines a little more enjoyable, I strive to make each day a positive one. I also have experience supporting those with special needs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting care to meet each person's unique abilities and preferences. I follow your lead on household rules and prioritize open, reliable communication so you always are receiving the best care possible.
