About Haley

Hi, I'm Haley! I'm 25 years old and have had a passion for caring for children since I was 13. I spent three years assisting kindergarten and first-grade students at a private school, then worked as a full-time nanny for four years with one wonderful family. During that time, I built a close bond with their daughter and supported her growth through imaginative play, structured learning, and daily outdoor time. I truly believe caring for children is my purpose, and I approach every day with patience, love, and intention. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids can learn and thrive. I am currently based in Springfield and offer care from my home. I have a 3-year-old son and an 8-month-old baby who will be with me. As a mom, I understand how important trust and safety are when choosing childcare and I will always do my best to provide that peace of mind.
