About Haley

My name is Haley and I am 24 years old. I come from a very large family in Memphis, Tn. I am a very outgoing, easy to get along with, and confident person. I have been caring for children since I was 15 beginning with baby-sitting and then for the past five years as a nanny. I have been a live-in and live-out nanny and have worked with some of the most amazing families and children. children are my passion, I believe caring for them is the most rewarding position a person can have. Kids have always taken to me and my fun personality well, typically in turn making the parents more comfortable. I am a very energetic self-starting nanny. My style is basically communication. Children need someone that knows how to pick their battles all the while keeping consistency in their lives. I enjoy taking children on activities. Some of my favorites include the park, library, museums, the zoo, and many other fun things. I believe in less TV and more sunshine. Communication is key when it comes to parents and children.
