Hi there, Before moving to Jacksonville I lived in the Orlando area where I was employed as a daycare teacher (for just about three years). Over my time of employment I was able to care for/ teach various age groups ranging from 6 weeks to 10 years. Also, I proudly obtain DCF-45 credentials! Since living in Jacksonville I have been a consistent nanny to one family. However, they are traveling internationally until October so I am looking for some one-time jobs until they return. Apart from professional experience, I also have academic experience! My high school had a program designed for students interested in a career in education - throughout this program I gained over 200 volunteer hours in various elementary and middle school settings! I am in my Junior year at UNF studying Child Psychology with minors in Disability Services, and Public Health. Also, I am exploring the field of Pediatric Speech Pathology as a future career! Warmly, Haley.

I’m happy to recommend Haley, who has taken care of our 2-year-old for the past year and a half. We will be out of town for an extended period and if we could take her with us, we would. She quickly became a big part of our little boy’s life, always patient, dependable, and caring. He is always so excited to see her. From playtime to nap time, Haley has made sure our son is safe, happy, and learning new things. She keeps up with our daily routines effortlessly and is extremely responsible, proactive and has great intuition. She is often doing things without being asked - whether it is cleaning up after our son, organizing his room, rotating toys or taking his temperature. She always asks the right questions and has excellent attention to detail. We strongly believe that our son is advanced in his speaking abilities because of how much Haley narrates, explains and sings to him. Beyond her professional skills, Haley has a kind and warm personality that made it easy for all of us to feel comfortable. I was nervous to have someone in our house all day as my husband and I both work from home, and I genuinely love sitting and talking with Haley. She really has become a part of our family. We’re so thankful for the love and care she shows our boy and any family would be lucky to have her — but just until we get back. ;)
