I have attempted to hire Haily twice as a housekeeper. She is really easygoing and overall sounds like a nice person over messaging. She was eager to start, price worked for me. The thing that didn't end up working was response times. It took Haily between 3-9 days to respond to my messages with me following up and reminding and because of that I had to hire someone else. I checked with Haily why response times take so long and that's where her attitude changed. She said her app is not working right and she thought I didn't require quick responses because I already hired someone else (in response to my messaging about asking her to come work for me). She said she's not the right person for me and was pretty rude.
