About Haily

I'd describe my personality as motivated, dependable, and a problem solver. I like working with kids because kids teach us adults a lot. I grew up with my six siblings, have been babysitting since I was 13, and constantly been babysitting since graduating high school, and kids still never seem to amaze me. This is why I am currently in school for elementary and early childhood education. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, study, and spent time with my friends and family. My skills include communication, problem solving, and time management.
