About Hailly

I'd describe my personality as easy going and professional. I like working with kids because I love to be a positive impact in children's lives. I love building relationships with children and being a part of their growth and development. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to be with my two children (two boys, 3 and a half years old and 12-month-old) during the day. I started working with kids when I was just a teenager. I always volunteered in my church nursery. I found my first nanny job in 2015 on care. com and I've been in the child care/preschool field for the last 10 years. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. My husband and I prioritize time outside with our two boys, going on walks, bike rides, exploring new places, trying a new sport, etc. We love a good dance party and Friday night movie night as well. My skills include creating fun activities for children to enjoy while we are together, multi-tasking, and paying attention to detail.
