About Hailey

Hi my name is Hailey. I am a mother of a 5 almost 6 month baby girl and looking for a full time job. I love watching kids and helping whenever I can. I have been babysitting for years before my own came along as well as helping with kids in the family. I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, and driven I like working with kids because it shows me another world through different sets of eyes. Every child is different and in my opinion every child sees the world differently. I really enjoy watching and letting them be kids when now is the time for that. I'm looking for a job that will respect me. I'm looking for a Monday-Friday no later than 5 job since I do have a child of my own. One thing you should know about me is I am a hard worker, devoted to my job and always on time. My skills include being able to understand and approach an issue head on to try and help settle things, being patient as kids do take time, and being able to have fun and play with kids.
