About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as detail oriented, curious, and patient. I like working with kids because they are full of energy and always learning. Kids show me ways of viewing the world I wouldn't otherwise consider. I am also a 3rd grade teacher, and my work is the most important thing in the world to me. I'm looking for a job that is very flexible, or offering light hours, as I do work full time as a teacher. I started working with kids when I was 19 years old. In my spare time, I like to write, read, draw, or watch movies One thing you should know about me is I lead with kindness and patience, and I believe in time with children that promotes learning, growth, and of course lots of fun. I'm also happy to help with homework! My skills include cleaning and organization, games and activities, and outdoor time.
