Hi! My name is Hailey. I just recently moved to Oceanside, and I'm looking for part-time or full-time work as a nanny, babysitter, etc. I am a lead qualified ECE Teacher with 6 years of teaching experience. As a former teacher, I love to encourage creativity, independence, self-confidence, imagination, and a love for learning and trying new things. I taught a combination of the Reggio Emilia and Montessori approaches. I strongly believe that child-led learning is so important to the development of the child. I love to explore topics that children are interested in and to see what all we can learn from something! Being an artist myself I strongly urge children to follow their creative voice and make whatever it is their heart desires. I LOVE to cook. I also love being outdoors, gardening, hiking, and adventuring with my 2 dogs.

I have known Hailey for about 9 years. I am close friends with her family but she has also babysat my two children. She is extremely responsible and caring. My kids always look forward to Hailey coming to our house. I trust her completely with my children and I would highly recommend her as a child caregiver.
