About Hailey

I've been a childcare provider for over nine years because I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. It brings me joy to positively impact their lives and support families by providing reliable care. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents regularly through daily written reports or text/phone updates, whichever they prefer. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy a range of games with children, from outdoor sports to educational games. My experience includes caring for children of all ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to seven children at a time. I have some college education and am certified in CPR and First Aid and have my hospital level basic life support certification. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English.
