About Hailey

My name is Hailey. I have tons of different experiences working with kids! My journey with kids started at 16 when I was a swim instructor. From there I worked at a Goddard School. Since then I have had experience working with school age children as a para at a charter school, and most recently as a behavioral therapist for children with autism and other disabilities! All of this has taught me a lot about working with kids. I think of myself as kind, but stern. I always respect how parents want their children to be raised. I have experience babysitting children 3 months- 9 years managing up to 3 children at a time!
