About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as fun, responsible, outgoing I like working with kids because they are still so innocent and curious about the world. They inspire me to be the best example I can be and keep me on my toes (: I started working with kids when my son was a toddler and I was able to return to work. I started as a 1:1 teachers aide with students with developmental disabilities and absolutely fell in love with the job. In my spare time, I like to dance, take my family on fun adventures, and go hiking. One thing you should know about me is that I will always respect your rules, and do my best to keep it fun while constantly looking for teachable moments.
