About Hailey

Hi I'm Hailey. I'm 20 and a current Junior studying psychology and education at Boise state university. I get to work with kids of all ages through my job as a swim instructor at Swim Instruction, and I was a babysitter all throughout high school so I have about 4 years of experience. I'm passionate about caring for kids and I make sure their safety and happiness are always the top priority. Can't wait to meet you! Last summer I was a lifeguard at water park so I am certified in CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, and other first aid skills. I'd describe my personality as helpful, caring, and patient. I like working with kids because I love seeing the world through their eyes. Their honesty and kindness makes me happy and I learn so much from just spending time with them.
