Hi there my name is Hailey and I love being around kids! I've been teaching dance lessons since I was 17 and have grown to love the development of young human beings. I am a pro at keeping kids entertained and in a fun, healthy environment. Naturally I am a very positive caring person who would love the opportunity to be your little ones new best friend!

Hailey committed to working for our family in a long term capacity 1+ years at the end of September 2022. Within 3 months of working for us she informed me that because of her living situation and the commute that we needed to find another nanny. All reasonable and we understood that it was becoming difficult for her. We posted a new nanny position and started the interview process again. We did inform her during the hiring process that we needed someone long-term and the commitment to our family was paramount. However, we were understanding to the changes in her personal life. Hailey said she would continue to work until we found a new nanny. This is important for our youngest son to have a bridge/transition from one nanny to the next. That did not happen she texted me that she was no longer showing up to work without a two week notice. Overall comments about Hailey: She is not dependable. She does not show up to work on time consistently. She regularly prioritized other commitments over her nanny position with our family and would call out with less than a days notice. Often her emotions about what is going on in her life interfere with her mood during the day which in turn impacts her ability to be a stable individual for the children in her care. She broke our 1+ year commitment. She quite without the standard two-week notice and left our family stranded. She is not responsible to care for children in a way that is supportive to the entire family. She regularly did not keep common things/areas cleaned up after the children most notably the stroller - which was in her use everyday with our youngest. I do not recommend her as a nanny. She needs to mature some to understand what commitment looks like, how to be dependable, to understand the difference between the a babysitter and a nanny and increase her work ethic.
