About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as caring, organized, outgoing I like working with kids because they bring me joy, and kids have always had a special place in my heart. I started working with kids when I was 12, and have had many babysitting jobs since. I have many siblings who are also now starting to have kids. I enjoy seeing little ones grow everyday, as well as see each personality form. In my spare time, I like to go hiking and spend time at the lake with my friends. I spend a lot of time in my pool with my family as well. One thing you should know about me is I stay very organized. I clean up while kids are eating, or when they are playing independently, while actively staying engaged with the children.
