We have loved Hailey! My girls are comfortable and happy with her. My eldest has nothing but good things to say. Hailey is always on time and ready for the day ahead. She asks all the right questions (I.e. when and what the girls ate last, naps etc). She follows directions, is patient, and does an amazing job at the end of the day filling us in on how the girls did.
