Hi! My name is Hailey and I love traveling, swimming, and hiking! I first started working with kids in elementary school when I began babysitting for a family friend and fell in love with planning crafts, going on field trips, and coming up with fun games for children to play. I have held multiple nanny positions (one included traveling internationally during the summer) and I have tutored multiple students. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher for MCPS. I have my Master's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and am a certified Special Educator as well. I have experience working with all ages and abilities and am a reliable babysitter!
