About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, responsible, and adaptable. I like working with kids because it brings me joy! Children can be very loving and carefree but also challenging and spontaneous and I like knowing that when working with children every day is going to be something different and exciting. I'm looking for a job that is flexible but also provides the hours that I'm looking for. I want to work full time during the week with weekends off but I can shift my schedule when needed. I have been working with children practically my entire life. I have four younger brothers ages 18-3 years old and they are the reason I decided to take up childcare as a profession. I do have some formal experience in a classroom as a Teachers Assistant for four months towards the end of my high school career. My skills include diaper changing, meal planning, nap time/bed time, experience with sick children (colds, flu, etc.), baths, and creating activities that are fun and engaging.
