About Hailey

my personality is Easy-going, Kind, adventurous I love working with kids, I've always gotten along with them and pets, they have such a different outlook on the world and it brings me so much joy and content being around them and helping them grow. I'm looking for a job that has some flexibility. I started working with kids when I was about 15 when my sister first had her baby and the father was on active deployment with the military, I was payed quite often for all the babysitting , I ended up staying with them for about a year. In my spare time, I like to travel, I love to hike and donate my time to animal shelters, I love working with dogs aswell as kids. i'm very family oriented and have 4 nieces that I have worked with individually and have watched all of them at separate times they range from newborn to 11 years old. My skills are helping with development in numbers and letters, playing and entertaining Children, sweet personality so most kids I meet I get along with.
