About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey Harmel and I have been working with children almost all my life. I started out taking care of children ages 4-5 at my church and have continued to babysit for friends and family. I also work with disabled children and adults at my current job. I teach them how to ride horses and have safe behaviors. I am CPR trained and have experience with basic first aid. I pick up on things very quick so don't worry about telling me the same thing over and over again!! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, friendly, and caring I like working with kids because they remind me of how innocent life is and how we all need to be creative I'm looking for a job that keeps me entertained!!! I started working with kids when I was 12!! In my spare time, I like to knit, ride my horses, journal, and swim! One thing you should know about me is I will respect all of your rules and keep your kids safe! My skills include teaching, coming up with activities, and being a friend!
