About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey, I use they/them pronouns and am currently looking to find some part time work as a nanny! I've just completed my BS in Psychology 10 years of childcare experience. 3 years as a formal preschool teacher Full time nanny for the past 2 years Trained in Reggio Emilia and RIE parenting method I believe learning happens through play, indoor and outdoor. Each stage of development comes with novel challenges and beautiful breakthroughs I am an artist and love to create with kids. I have a treasure trove of arts and crafts ideas that model social emotional behaviors, build practical motor skills, and engage with creativity Growing up in a single parent household, I have a varied experience with all forms of care and am up for providing many types of help!
