About Hailey

I have a great sense of humor and are always up for a good laugh. I like working with kids because I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to positively impact a child's life. I find it fulfilling to be able to provide them with a safe and nurturing environment. When I was 16 I started watching ages running from infants to 10! What I like to do in my Spare time is going to car shows for the day or going swimming! I am a warm, friendly, and caring individual who is always willing to lend a helping hand. I have a great sense of humor and are always up for a good laugh. I am also a very empathetic and compassionate person. My top 3 child care skills is Patience: I have patience when working with children. Creativity: I am very creative and enjoy coming up with new and engaging activities for children. Communication: I am an excellent communicator and are able to effectively communicate with both children and adults. I believe I would be a perfect fit for helping you're family! :)
