About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as reliable, empathetic, and positive I love working with kids because I think they are so lively and so fun. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for kids and I am actually studying to become a pediatric nurse in the future. I'm looking for a job that I can create relationships in, and truly impact the people I am serving. I started working with kids through my church. I helped run small groups for VBS as well as rec games. I also coached kids in soccer when I was in middle school. In my spare time, I like to go thrifting and try new coffee shops. I also love being outside whether I am playing soccer, hiking or swimming. One thing you should know about me is I will always put your kids above myself. I know the responsibility that. ones with childcare and in everything I would do, I would do in service to your family and children. My skills include patience, communication, and creativity.
