Hailey is attentive and loving. She has become like family already and she's only been our nanny for just under a month, only 3 days a week. I come from a family that hasn't really been very supportive (we also live NOWHERE close to any of them) so I am so incredibly grateful to have found someone who will treat us like I wish our own family would. She holds my littlest ones hand when they go on walks and LOVE that. She also understands that we are working towards parenting in a more calm fashion and she asks me often for tips or suggestions on how to accomplish that. My kids tell me often that they like the nanny more than me (that's 5 year old speak for we really enjoy ourselves...). Anyways hire her! You won't regret it, just don't hire her on my days ;)
