I grew up in a large family and have always enjoyed caring for little ones. I have two years of experience as an assistant teacher at a daycare working with children ages 6months-12years. I have also spent two years as a Wilderness Therapy Instructor for ages 13-17. My tasks at this job were to guide students through their emotional processes while keeping them mentally, emotionally, and physically safe. I am exceptionally skilled in conflict resolution and helping children navigate their personal development. I believe that all children can thrive in the right environments. Previous to now I was working as a child care provider for a family in Maui, Hawai'i.

Hailey was absolutely amazing with my son. She watched my two year old son full time for a month and we both loved her! She is so sweet and kind, she was always keeping my son busy with activities and outings to the park. She handled my son beautifully. If I had needed a sitter for longer I would have definitely stuck with Hailey. I absolutely recommend her!
