About Hailey

My name is Hailey and I am a 1st Grade Teacher at Lake Washington School District with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language. I am looking for an opportunity to continue working with learners of any age during this summer break! I also spent the last two years working for Waterville School district as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing behavioral analytic services and adapting the general curriculum to individual student needs. I have a passion for education and developing understanding in learners through open ended and student based learning practices, and love to create engaging learning tasks to support learners in developing conceptual understanding. With my last experiences and education, I feel that my tutoring can support students at any level to develop skills and engage in content.
