About Hailey Cate

Nurturing young minds and supporting families has been my professional focus for the past six years. My journey into childcare was sparked by the joy I found in previous babysitting roles and a deep desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and plan to do it as a future educator as a teacher. I am kind, loving, and intentional in every interaction and love every human as well as I can. With Early Child Development coursework and First Aid Training, I provide a reliable, safe environment for up to five children. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging kids through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. Since I am a platform diver I am happy to provide supervision during outings. I prioritize clear communication, whether through verbal updates at pickup or your preferred messaging method. I am eager to assist with carpooling, crafts, and light housekeeping. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your families.
