About Hailey

Hi! I'm Hailey, a dependable and compassionate caregiver with experience working with children in both home and school settings. As a stay at home mom for five years, an in home ABA Behavioral Technician, and a paraprofessional at an elementary school, I've developed a strong passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel safe. I understand how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home, and I don't take that lightly. I treat every child, pet, and family with the same kindness, respect, and care that I would want for my own. My goal is to create a warm, nurturing environment where both children and parents feel comfortable, supported, and confident in the care they receive.
