About Hailey

My name is Hailey Charles, I am from Louisville, KY, and I am 19 years old. I am a graduate from Mercy Academy and attend the University of Kentucky. A little bit about me is... Knowing I can positively influence a child's life is what I find most rewarding about childcare. For the past four years, I've supported families by providing reliable care for children aged 4-12+. I spent two years at J-Town Daycare as a teacher for kids that were 3, 4, and 5 years of age. My approach is patient and friendly, and I prioritize open communication with you. I will provide verbal updates at pickup, and am happy to text or call. I will always follow your preferred method. When it comes to household rules, I will enforce what you expect. I enjoy playing board games, educational games, and outdoor sports. I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to the possibility of bringing my calm and playful energy into your home!
