About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as friendly, compassionate and diligent! I like working with kids because I love having the opportunity to help them learn, grow and develop into the person they were created to be. I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue caring for my own children while working. I had my first babysitting job in middle school and my last nannying gig before having my own children. I have a lot of experience with child care and since becoming a mom myself, I feel even more experienced! I like to spend time with my family, read and work out. I am a stay at home mom and I love every minute of it. We love going on adventures and getting out of the house most days. I love being outside, too! One thing you should know about me is I have three kids of my own and I am looking to continue caring for them while working. My skills include being patient, creating a fun environment, making your child feel comfortable and ensuring he/she is well cared for.
