About Hailey

Hello families! My name is Hailey I am 23 years old and have been working in childcare for 6 years! I started as an assistant teacher in a daycare setting. However after COVID, the teaching profession had changed tremendously which led me to make the switch to nannying. As I mentioned, I worked in a daycare setting for almost 3 years which really helped me feel comfortable with all ages, as when I started I worked in all classrooms with all ages. I also have 3 years of nannying experience. I have worked with toddlers, infants and school aged children in the nannying capacity and I love staying active, going to museums, setting up play dates, doing arts and crafts, engaging in educational activities and mostly spending time outdoors. I am comfortable helping with household tasks including, doing the laundry, keeping up with the dishes, cleaning up after the children's messes, grocery shopping, and school drop off and pickups.
