About Hailey

I'm looking for a family that welcomes me in as their own and treats me like part of the family and collaborate with me to ensure the best experience for themselves and myself I started working with kids when I was 13 and began nannying when I was 16, and I started overnight babysitting at 17. I have over 900+ hours of childcare experience in the past 3 years. In my spare time, I like to do anything active outside, such as running, kayaking, yoga. In addition, I love doing crafts and anything creative such as sewing, painting, etc... I also love baking and cooking! One thing you should know about me is I am very bubbly and outgoing and will love your kiddos as my own! I love taking the kids out and doing activities to stay busy instead of staying inside all day. My skills include deescalation during emotional outbursts and sibling arguments and i'm extremely good at providing comfort during times of heightened emotions. I can't wait to meet you!
