About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, I'm 23 years old and a first grade teacher with a genuine passion for working with kids. Along with teaching, I have prior nannying and babysitting experience, so I am very comfortable managing routines, multiple children, and a variety of age groups. I also coach soccer, which has helped me build strong skills in keeping kids active, engaged, and working together. I love being active, doing arts and crafts, and spending time outside, and I enjoy creating fun, hands on activities that keep kids learning without even realizing it. I am patient, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Creating a safe, positive, and structured environment is always my top priority, and I make sure both kids and parents feel comfortable and supported. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your children, and I take that responsibility seriously.
