About Hailey

Nurturing children comes naturally to me, and I have three years of experience caring for children ages 4-11. My previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to positively impact young lives by supporting families. I am patient, creative, friendly, and comfortable caring for one child at a time. I enjoy outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, offering verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I'm excited to bring my skills to your family and create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for your child. I have a kid of my own aswell.
