About Hailey

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion! With over three years of child care experience, I offer a nurturing and engaging environment for your little one. I recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's in International Relations. I have experience with babies as young as 10 months and busy households with 5 kids! I'm always going to be patient with your little one(s), find creative ways to have fun with them, and overall be a friendly and fun face they are excited to get to hangout with! I make sure to communicate with parents about how their child was at pickup, or with picture updates via text if preferred! I know all families have different rules regarding screen time, food, etc, and I'm comfortable enforcing these household rules. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping and travel. I have had great experiences nannying and babysitting in the past, so I am excited to start nannying in the city. I can provide references upon request.
