About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, and I'm a compassionate, reliable caregiver with experience supporting seniors, children, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I currently work in a role where I assist clients with daily living activities, companionship, community outings, and engaging activities that help them stay active and independent. I'm patient, attentive, and passionate about providing care that respects each person's dignity and unique needs. I've worked closely with families to ensure their loved ones feel safe, supported, and valued. I also have experience helping children learn, play, and grow in a positive environment. Building trusting relationships is very important to me, and I take pride in being dependable and easy to communicate with. My goal is always to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people I care for while creating a safe, fun, and supportive atmosphere. I am available to provide services every other week !
