About Haile

I am a Behavioral Aide that has experience with every grade level ranging from preschool to high school. I work with children with disabilities such as Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Emotional Disturbances, and physical disabilities. I work in a school setting where I am a 1:1 aide, helping students do class work, learn social/life skills, and deescalate behaviors of any intensity. I enjoy getting on the child's level by being playful and fun, which helps to build trust. With a trusting relationship, we can communicate effectively and get the child what they need before a behavior occurs. I am here to help teach coping skills and strategies to communicate the needs of the children. I am trained in ABA strategies and apply them in my every day work, and I am CPR and CPI certified. I look forward to providing families with a fun, safe, and understanding service when caring for their children, just as I would like for my own child.
