About Haile

I mostly have experience in daycare settings but have also babysat in the past so I have more one-on-one experience with children from ages 2 years old to around school age. I am used to following a set schedule for children's needs so anything provided will be followed well! I love to engage in hands-on activities like art and reading. I'd describe my personality as focused, calm, and patient. I like working with kids because children always keep you engaged. I'm looking for a job that provides and eventually establishes a deep connection with the children and the family. I started working with kids when I was 13, working as a junior camp counselor at my local camp, but this wasn't a paid job, my first official job was at a daycare as a preschool assistant when I was 16. In my spare time, I like to read, sketch in my sketchbook, watch older movies, and play with my cats. My skills include meal prep, putting down for naps, cleaning, and precise routine following.
