About Hailee

Hi! My name is Hailee, and caring for others has always been a big part of my life. I'm a registered nurse with over six years of experience in emergency nursing and am currently in school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. My medical background allows me to stay calm under pressure, prioritize safety, and provide attentive, reliable care for children of all ages. I've been around kids my entire life starting as a mother's helper before I could babysit, then babysitting throughout high school and nannying during college. I'm also a CrossFit coach and have experience coaching CrossFit Kids classes, which has helped me develop a fun, structured approach to keeping kids active and engaged. I'm dependable, energetic, and nurturing, with a strong understanding of child safety, routines, and wellness. Whether helping with daily routines, active play, homework, or general care, my goal is to create a safe, positive environment where children thrive and parents feel confident and at ease.
