About Hailee

Nurturing children and supporting families through reliable, high-quality care has been my passion for the past 15 years. My background includes a college degree with coursework in Early Child Development, which informs my patient and calm approach. I hold First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications to ensure a safe environment for up to four children. I am creative and imaginative, often engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, or educational puzzles. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I prioritize your preferred communication method to keep you updated on your child's day. Since I am a skilled swimmer, I am always happy to provide attentive water supervision. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life and helping your children grow and thrive.
